The International Federation of Innovative Enterprises (AIDEICO) was approved by the French Ministry of Public Security in 2025. Its mission is to foster cooperation among innovative enterprises worldwide, assist Chinese companies in expanding into overseas markets, and connect them with global partners.
The Chairman of AIDEICO is Jean Audoye, a Swiss computer scientist and entrepreneur. The Co-Chairman is Dr. Lezane, a French structural mechanics expert. Jiang Bing serves as the Executive Vice Chairman, and the Secretary-General is Xiao Lingyan, an international AI specialist.
To date, AIDEICO has established 35 national branches in Europe, 25 in Africa, 20 in Asia, 5 in the Americas, and liaison offices in 30 major cities across China.
The Organization for Europe-China Cooperation (OCEC) was founded in Paris in 1995. Its first chairman, Mr. Michalon, served as a consultant to the French Ministry of Foreign Trade.The Current Chairman Kamel is a renowned French entrepreneur with outstanding expertise in industrial doors and robotics. while Dr. Lezane, a French-Chinese scholar, served as the Executive Chairman. The Vice Chairman, Mr. Rincent, is a prominent French entrepreneur and the long-standing Chairman of Han Group, specializing in non-destructive testing, where he is recognized as a global authority.The Vice Chairman and Secretary-General, Dr. He, is a financial management expert currently working at a major French bank. OCEC is a civil organization composed of prominent figures from various sectors, including entrepreneurs, professors, experts, and government officials.

In 2019, building upon OCEC, the Association of Europe-China High-Tech Enterprises (AEHTEC) was established with the aim of promoting technological exchange and cooperation between Europe and China. On this foundation, AIDEICO was subsequently founded.
The mission of AIDEICO is to create a global civil platform for economic and technological cooperation. Its core activities include:Organizing business and technical delegations worldwide to foster bilateral exchanges and understanding.
Assisting entrepreneurs in conducting business, making investments, and establishing ventures in Europe, China, Asia, and Africa, while also providing consulting and logistical support.
The long-term goal of AIDEICO is to establish branches in more than 200 countries, each consisting of approximately 500 entrepreneurs and scholars. In addition, the federation plans to create over 300 professional committees to facilitate specialized exchanges. Its ultimate vision is to build a global business network that connects enterprises across the world.

After nearly three decades of development, AIDEICO has evolved into a highly efficient platform for international trade and technological cooperation.
